Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. The High School Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, assessing student performance, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and engage students in learning.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and academic growth.
  • Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, projects, and classroom participation.
  • Provide timely feedback to students and help them set academic goals for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, school staff, and parents to support student achievement and well-being.
  • Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities as required.
  • Manage classroom behavior, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and communications with parents and guardians.
  • Stay current with educational trends, research, and teaching methods to continuously improve instructional practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Valid teaching certification in the relevant subject area.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the high school level.
  • Strong knowledge of subject-specific curriculum and state standards.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
  • A passion for teaching and commitment to helping students succeed.
